Love Always

This fun project was made from the fun swirlydoos kit for the month of November.  I love Kaisercraft line Rustic Harmony and it was perfect for this fun Kaisercraft Beyond the Kit wall hanging.  For the "love always" word, and the back of the wall hanging I used Viva Antique Crackling colour.  I also added some colorbox ink, and Lindy's Starburst spray.  for the chipboard to the side I added the same crackle, white gesso, white flocking, and Lindy's Starburst spray.  Swirlydoo's offered an amazing November Kit as always!  Hope you enjoy!

Christmas Countdown

I have to say I am in love with Kiasercraft, especially their Beyond The Page line.  I have enjoyed making so many of their fun items!  I used Teresa Collin's Christmas Cottage line for the paper.  Hope you enjoy Katie!

     This awesome advent calendar was from a swirlydoos kit class.  I learned so much from this class and am so grateful I was a part of that!!!  Loaded with new techniques and lots of fun!!!!  I love swirlydoos!!!  Check them out!!!!

Birdhouse

I had a lot of fun with this project.  My mom loved birds and birdhouses.  She was my inspiration behind this piece.

I have to say this is one of the most time consuming projects that I have done.  This took me about a month and has over 200 handmade paper flowers.

This was a swirlydoo kit and I fell in love with it!!  I loved the kit and all colors I got to work with!!  Swirlydoos always delivers!!!

Red, White, and Blue Hanging Photo Backdrop

 

I had the opportunity awhile back to enter a Columbia Basin 4th of July Contest and this was my entry.  It later found a home with a local photographer who wanted to use it as a backdrop.  I wanted to share because it was a lot of fun and one of my beginning projects.  Thanks for looking!!!  Have a wonderful day!!!

Prima came out with a line a few years back that was called the "Rondelle Collection" and I have hoardered it, afraid to use it because I loved it sooooooo much!!!!  But I have finally pulled it all out and cranked out two albums!!!  They were super fun to make!  LOVE PRIMA!!!!  Thanks for a great line!!!

We would do well to slow down.....

One of my most favorite quotes is "We would do well to slow down a little, focus on the significant, and truly see the things that matter most." By Dieter F. Uchtdorf  I wanted to make something with this quote as a simple reminder that I need to see daily.  This was all used from Swirlydoos kit and swirlydoo supplies.  Had a blast thinking outside of the box and the colors worked perfect with the photo I wanted to use!  Have a great day!  Thanks for stopping by! 

Floating Heart Frame

 

 

April 10th my husband and I celebrated 11 wonderful years.  I count my blessings everday that I have the opportunity to be married to my best friend. In light of our anniversary it was the inspiration behind this fun floating heart frame that came from Swirlydoos and the paper line is from the salutations kit!  Check them out they always have such fun and exciting product!!!  The great photo of Jake and I is by Andrea Kanoff.
